“We rented bikes for 3 days from their central station location. We wanted to leave our luggage as we were biking out of town. I even wrote to them before I made the reservation asking if they were keeping our luggage and they responded yes, for free - we were reserving for that location. When we arrived the person said that they offer this service, but not at that location due to some odd law about their central location…he then said we could go to luggage storage place. After giving us inaccurate info about how to find it, we finally found it. After some stress we found 2 lockers, stored…”
